Active in multi-family construction since 1997.

Responsibilities:
Co-manages and maintains oversight of both office and project operations in multiple submarkets based out of the Austin Office. Directs, monitors and manages project operations with a primary focus on ensuring schedules, budgetary maintenance and client relations are maintained at a consistently high level. Directly responsible for project oversight, staffing and contract negotiations to ensure overall project and company goals are achieved. Acts as a liaison between owners, architects, and engineers for multiple projects to facilitate efficient and effective communication. To date, Brandon has assisted with the successful completion of over 7,000 units valued at over $700M of construction costs.
