Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Northeast Louisiana University

Experience:
Active in multi-family construction since 1995

Responsibilities:
Oversees all DFW field operations. Directly involved in managing project schedules, job cost analysis on projects to ensure consistent profitability, and to implement necessary improvements as needed. Hands-on role in the hiring of each project team in DFW. Regularly inspects all construction job sites for quality control throughout the building process and meets with the field staff to help with any current challenges. Acts as a liaison between owners, architects, and engineers for multiple projects to facilitate efficient and effective communication. To date, Doug has assisted with the successful completion of 27 projects valued over $675M in construction costs.
